About Sandra

I am a Clinical Social Worker, licensed to practice therapy  in Arizona, Florida, and Ohio. I graduated from Arizona State University  where I completed both my Bachelors and Masters degrees. I have been over 10 years of experience in providing therapy for individuals and families. I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and treating individual/families who have experienced anxiety, depression and PTSD due to trauma. My nature is calm, gentle, and caring. I also work well with individuals diagnosed with  developmental disabilities. I have a strong understanding of highly sensitive children and adults. I love to help Clients find strengths they didn't realize they have.
